Rob Huntley > Pole Aerial Photography.

Set up with tilt servo platform (brooxes.com) and dunecam (dunehaven.com) aerial controller (behind camera). Using CHDK and video downlink.

Camera platform can be swivelled 90 degrees for verticals. It is secured with a wing nut at the back.

3/4 inch hole drilled through the centre of the brooxes main frame to permit the threads of the the paint pole to pass through. No-one sells a nut with threads to go on a paint pole, so I cut the bottom inch off an old paint roller to use as a securing nut. Two large washers were needed to take up the slack so the rig doesn't wobble.
